A construction contractor is required to install all new water, sewer, electrical infrastructure including: water and wastewater treatment systems, new generator, new solar powered lighting system and all of the underground infrastructure required to operate new facilities on the new Trout Brook Campground site in the Cape Breton Highlands National Park, Nova Scotia.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
September 05, 2018 at 1400 hrs. (EDT) Eastern Daylight Saving Time.
SITE VISIT:
There will be an optional site visit on Tuesday, August 7 at 10:00 AM ADT. Interested bidders are to meet at Cheticamp Visitor Centre, 16 Visitor Centre Road, Cheticamp, Nova Scotia.Will have attendees congregate at that location and from there will convoy to the proposed construction site.
NOTE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.
DELIVERY DATE:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the work from date of Contract Award to December 30, 2018.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) business calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
This PCA office provides procurement services to the public in either official language of Canada.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
