Description of the Requirement:

PMRA requires several experienced Technical Writers to help support the Agencies Investment Plan Projects, Business Transformation Initiatives and Supporting TB Submissions.

The objective is to have the contractor provide up to four (4) resources, in the Technical Writer category, on an as-and-when-requested basis.

The resulting contract will be established with a single supplier under which Task Authorizations will be issued to support various Projects for a period of three years.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of Contract Award to 2021 (three year period).

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort per resource is 450 days
