DELIVERABLES / SCOPE OF WORK

The work of this portion of the contract involves repairs to the steel sheet piling of wharf structure #411 at Graham's Pond Harbour in Kings County Prince Edward Island

Island which includes but is not limited to:

  1. Where required, excavation to access backside of wharf structure;
  2. Removal and reinstatement of existing services secured to the wharf structure and other items as required to complete the work;
  3. Provision for structural and miscellaneous steel sections, welding (above and below chart datum), cast-in-place concrete, concrete slab-on-grade, ladders, cleats, pressure treated fenders, and miscellaneous work related to the repairs;
  4. All related site work including reinstatement of concrete slab-on-grade, sandstone fill, imported gravel, imported rip rap, filter fabric and environmental protection;
  5. Electrical upgrades as indicated on electrical drawings and specifications.

All in accordance with the requirements of these specifications and drawings listed on the Index to Specifications and Drawings, construction schedule and Time and Order of Completion.
