    Requirement:

    Parks Canada Agency requires a contractor to remove the identified structures and miscellaneous components within Tangle Camp.

    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $500,001 > $ 1,000,000, Taxes extra

    Project Timeline:

    The Contractor shall perform and complete all onsite Work by November 30, 2018.

    Optional Site Visit:

    There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday August 15, 2018 at 2PM MDT. Interested bidders coming from Jasper can drive south from the junction Highway 16 and Hwy 93 (Icefields parkway) approximately 98km. Bidders coming from Banff can drive 8km North of the Icefields Centre on Hwy 93 (Icefields Parkway) past Tangle Falls. There is no marker, just a driveway on the east side of the road. See attached Google map location in DSP_18-0245.

    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

    National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
