A public bid opening will be held in the office listed above shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Description: Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): Supply all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for selective demolition, removal, and disposal of exterior parts of structures and finishes, both above and below grade, related mechanical and electrical services and fixtures to accommodate incorporation of new building envelope, replace siding, windows and door at five residences in Gypsumville, MB and is further described in the attached Drawings and Specifications and any amendments thereto.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by 31 March 2019.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the RCMP Detachment at PR 513 (NW23 32 9W) Gypsumville, MB 15 August 2018 at 11 00 hrs CDT.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
