This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number M9424-18-7438/B dated 11 July 2018 with a closing of 08 August 2018 at 2:00 pm Central Standard Time.
Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a vendor to provide the services of an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) to test, service, and perform maintenance on equipment at the RCMP Training Academy, Depot Division, in Regina, SK, in accordance with the requirements, specifications, terms and conditions referenced within the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).
The Standing Offer will be issued for a period of three years with an irrevocable option to extend it for one additional one-year period.
Security Requirements: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to hold a valid Reliability Status issued by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Basis of Selection: An offer must comply with all requirements of the Request for Standing Offer and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a standing offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
