Description of Work:

AAFC is contracting with a vendor for the provision of professional service resources to support the application of User Experience (UX) in the development of its digital platforms.

These services are required to:

1. Foster a deep understanding of AAFC’s users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and their limitations;
2. Continue the improvement of AAFC’s service experience for clients through the delivery of quality programs and services across all channels at an affordable cost; and
3. To support the architecture and development of AAFC’s digital platforms through the implementation of user-centered design.
