PROVISION OF SCIENTIFIC TECHNICAL WRITING AND PEER REVIEW SERVICES

The Pest Management Centre of AAFC generates a high volume of technical documents and research reports related to the minor use submissions. The Pest Management Centre requires the provision of writing and peer review services for Contractor(s) to compile, analyze and summarize experimental (pesticide residue chemistry) data into research reports and to peer review the residue experimental reports. The successful contractor will provide scientific technical writing or peer review services to compile, analyze and summarize experimental (residue chemistry) data into draft final research reports that will be submitted by the Pest Management Centre of AAFC to the Pest Management Regulation Agency (PMRA) to satisfy either residue report requirements, or to peer review the draft residue report.

The Proposers will demonstrate that they have the training, expertise and experience to fulfil the scientific technical writing and peer review requirements and demonstrate their understanding of the concepts underlying the activities being summarized in writing or peer reviewing the Residue Reports. The Contractor must also have a thorough understanding of the Principles of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
