Description of Work:

The Corporate Management Systems unit of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of a senior business transformation architect to help guide the analysis, re-design and implementation of end-to-end business processes that span various areas within Corporate Management. The initiative will assist Corporate Management business owners in reviewing, and improving business processes using a consultative approach, documenting the existing and proposed enterprise business architecture. The senior consultant will be required to provide recommendations that ensure consistency and alignment with the organization’s business priorities and goals, identifying opportunities and positioning business owners for the realization of operational improvements with corresponding, measurable results. The consultant will also be responsible for guiding the development of a change management road map to help ensure successful roll out and implementation strategies.

The work is currently being performed by TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINESS CONSULTANTS under contract (value $918,079.80)
