BioHeat requires services to perform a project-level financial analysis of thirty BioHeat proposals that passed the BioHeat expert review process and are shortlisted to be considered for funding as part of the program’s standard due diligence process

The primary objective of this contract is to determine the risk associated with thirty BioHeat proposals, each exceeding $1 million in value, to mitigate the risk that NRCan will choose to fund projects that do not proceed to completion.

A project-level financial assessment is required for each of thirty BioHeat proposals.
