Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency requires block wall reconstruction of the maintenance compound building in Jasper National Park. Work is to include removing structural failed concrete masonry units and horizontal precast concrete panels and replacing the existing cladding with new metal cladding.
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $500,001 > $ 1,000,000, Taxes extra.
Project Timeline:
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by June 28, 2019.
Optional Site Visit
There will be a site visit on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 1:00 PM MDT at the Maintenance Compound building. Interested bidders are to meet at 1 Compound Road, Jasper, Alberta, T0E 1E0.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
Bid Submission:
Parks Canada relocated its office on July 30, 2018. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure that its bid is delivered on time to the appropriate address as identified below.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
