The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a Contract for services for an Asbestos Abatement Program in Newfoundland and Labrador. This includes the identification and assessment of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in RCMP buildings and the preparation of site-specific assessment reports and Asbestos Management Plans (AMPs).
This procurement is subject to the Labrador and Inuit Land Claim Agreement.
There is a security requirement associated with this RFP.
All deliverables must be received on or before February 28, 2019.
Basis of selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
