Contracting Period

February 01, 2019 through to January 31, 2020, with options to renew for 3 additional 1 year periods at the sole discretion of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO).

Option periods if exercised will be February 1, 2020 through to January 31, 2021, February 01, 2021 through to January 31, 2022 and February 01, 2022 through to January 31, 2023

Mandatory Site Visit

Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 10:00 am local time at Fisheries and Oceans Canada Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) Base Victoria, 25 Huron Street, Victoria, BC. It is a requirement for all persons wishing to submit a bid on this project, attend this meeting at the site to familiarize themselves fully with the scope of work and the tendering requirements. The Bidder’s representative must sign an attendance list and attend the entire site visit, to have their bid submission considered responsive. 

Building(s) requiring janitorial services

There are six buildings, three trailers and one small Guard house that need cleaning at the CCG Base Victoria, 25 Huron Street, Victoria, BC.

The level of effort by the contractor to clean this facility properly requires 8 hour work day.

Objectives of the Requirement

The contractor is to provide Janitorial Services for the (CCG) Base Victoria, BC. The contractor is to furnish all necessary labour, supervision, equipment, supplies and other accessories unless otherwise specified, to perform the required standard of quality outlined in the attached documentations.
