The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for an Upfit of one (1) 2017 Ford Transit in accordance with RCMP specifications detailed in Annex "A" - Emergency Response Team Mandatory Specification.

Delivery

All Deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2019.

Destination

Ottawa, Ontario.

This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. (1 contract).

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

The Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.

Bids must be submitted only to Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation.
