Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada, Health Services has a requirement for a physician - general practitioner for La Macaza Institution.
Objectives: The Contractor (General Practitioner) will provide general practitioner services to inmates and collaborate with the institution’s multi-disciplinary health services team that includes but is not limited to, Nurses, Institutional Physicians, Psychologists, Dieticians and other allied health professionals.
Deliverables: Provide and coordinate essential health services to inmates as a general practitioner.
Term of Contract: Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed from date of Contract to December 31, 2019 with the option to renew for one (1) additional one-year period.
