If Bidders can satisfy the requirement of the four (4) categories with fewer than four (4) resources, that is acceptable. The person or team proposed will be evaluated against the four (4) categories to ensure that the work can be successfully completed.

Description of Requirement:

NRCan is seeking proposals from Bidders to provide NRCan’s Lands and Minerals Sector (LMS) with a 1 – 5 year Roadmap to better leverage its vast geological, scientific and economic data holdings towards higher-quality analytics to inform policy and decision-making.
