Recreational Vehicle/Toy Hauler 5th Wheel Trailer, Estevan, SK

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Contractor to supply, deliver, unload and provide service, as required, for one (1) new (2018 Model or Manufacturer Model Year at bid closing) Recreational Vehicle (RV) Toy Hauler 5th Wheel Trailer to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, to be delivered to Estevan, SK, in accordance with the requirements specifications, terms and conditions detailed with the Request for Proposal (RFP).

All the deliverables must be received within eight (8) weeks from award of the contract, but no later than March 31, 2019.

Security Requirements: There is no security requirement applicable to this requirement.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit as per page one of the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
