Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a contractor to perform annual generator inspections at 6 RCMP Detachments in Nunavut, in accordance with the specifications detailed in the solicitation document.

The contract period will be for three (3) years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

Security Requirement: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access under Escort, as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

 Bids must be submitted only to RCMP Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

 The RCMP has published its National Procurement Plan at http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/rcmp-national-procurement-plan.

 The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
