Notice of Proposed Procurement

Title: Light heads

Nature of Requirement:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for 12V LED Light heads for marked and unmarked vehicles.

Delivery:

The deliverables must be received within six (6) weeks from date of contract award.

Competitive procurement strategy:

Lowest/Lower Bid

Security: There is no security requirement associated with the Contract.

Delivery Location:

The light heads will be delivered to the following location:

RCMP Post Garage, 1150-5450 Korea Road, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 0N7

Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Integrity Provisions:

RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
