Rough Terrain, Diesel Engine Driven, 3-Wheel, Trailer-Tail Transported Forklift Truck

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8476-185871/A dated 2018-06-15 with a closing of 2018-08-06 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of quantity one (1) Rough Terrain, Diesel Engine Driven, 3-Wheel, Trailer-Tail Transported Forklift Truck. This requirement includes an option to purchase up to quantity one (1) Rough Terrain, Diesel Engine Driven, 3-Wheel, Trailer Tail Transported Forklift Truck to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract. The Trailer-Tail Transported Forklift Truck is requested by December 31, 2019.

Delivery locations, quantities required, mandatory requirements and deliverable information are detailed under Annex “A” – Pricing and Annex “B” – Purchase Description of this solicitation package. Bidders may propose substitutes and alternatives where equivalent is indicated in Annex “B” – Purchase Description.

There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, North American Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
