A public bid opening will be held in the office listed above shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Description: Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): Replacement and upgrades to the fire alarm system at an existing facility in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut, including electrical requirements and is further described in the attached Drawings and Specifications and any amendments thereto.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by 31 December 2019.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s): - Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.

Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
