Temporary Accommodation Facilities – Jasper National Park

Requirement:

Parks Canada requires temporary accommodation facilities at the Jasper National Park Woodlot area for a seven (7) month period commencing April 01, 2019 until October 31, 2019 for 54 people. The Contractor must supply, install and connect kitchen and lounge facilities, latrine and washing facilities and sleeping trailers including anchoring, blocking and leveling as required.

Enquiries:

All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority as early as possible within the solicitation period.

Enquiries should be received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
