Parks Canada requires security, patrolling and administrative compliance services in Wasagaming Campground, Clear Lake Campground, and within and around the Wasagaming Townsite in Riding Mountain National Park. The services include but are not limited to informing and educating the public regarding Parks Canada Agency regulations and policy with regards to user and recreational activities, keeping public peace and ensuring administrative compliance with Parks Canada Agency regulations and Riding Mountain National Park policy. Patrols may be carried out on foot, bicycle, or in an automobile clearly marked as a security vehicle.
Bidders should provide an Indigenous Benefits Plan. The plan will provide detail on sub-contracting, skills development, and employment activities. The plan must provide details on how each transaction will be carried out, the proposed objectives and schedule, required resources, any dependencies, and what benefits (employment, skills development, or other) will be provided.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
