Description of Work:
AAFC is contracting with a vendor for the provision of professional service resources to support Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency (CPMA) – Applications Maintenance, Support and Enhancement
The Contractor must provide the services of qualified resources to deliver application, maintenance, support and enhancement activities to assist the CPMA in maintaining its Java based applications, including but not limited to the existing CMAS and CPMASS and AIBAS and EDCS applications. This may include: the development, testing and implementation of system changes to maintain operability; analysis of issue resolution options and impacts; and communicating to stakeholders needed contextualized business and technical information from which to make operational decisions. In addition, there may be requirements for application design and enhancement services to support the development and delivery of additional / major enhancements to the functionality of CPMA applications within budget parameters.
