Tendering Procedure: Open, Competitive.

Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Bow Island Detachment, has a requirement to provide all labour, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform janitorial services in accordance with the Invitation to Tender and the Annexes.

Delivery Date: The contract period will be for two (2) years with an irrevocable option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

Security: Reliability Status is required for the Contractor and staff that will be working on site, as verified by the Personal Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Evaluation Procedures: Bids will be assessed on financial evaluation criteria, lowest priced compliant bid. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.

Optional Site Visits: Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 10am MDT

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
