Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency requires traffic management services in the Lake Louise area in Banff National Park, AB commencing May 17, 2019 until October 14, 2019 inclusive. This iconic Canadian destination welcomes millions of visitors every year, traffic congestion is increasingly problematic with higher visitation each year. Traffic controllers must be trained and equipped as per the Alberta Traffic Accommodation in Work Zones Guidelines. They must able to communicate in English in a clear and professional manner.
Enquiries:
All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority identified in the RFP as early as possible within the solicitation period.
Enquiries should be received no later than fifteen (15) days before the bid closing date to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
