Delivery of interpretation, visitor and housekeeping services at Pointe-Noire Interpretation and Observation Centre and Baie-Sainte-Catherine Wharf

The Contractor will deliver bilingual visitor reception services and provide a bilingual interpretation service for the public using the exhibition, buildings and land made available to him.

The Contractor shall collect the admission fees at the Pointe-Noire Interpretation and Observation Centre according to the Parks Canada approved tariff schedule and deposit the amounts collected according to the established procedure.

They will ensure the housekeeping of the buildings and of certain elements on the site, including

the guardian's house (Main building); the shelter; the access gateway and the stairs between the two houses; the heliport and the red chairs; the observation viewpoint; the parking; the foghorn hangar; the observation tower; the adjacent lands, property of Parks Canada.

Security: This contract contains security requirements.

Site Visit: N/A

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Contract Period: The contract period is from date of award to March 31, 2020, with the possibility of exercising three one-year option periods under the same conditions.
