A public bid opening will be held in the office listed above shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Description: Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): General interior renovation to the Government of Canada Building, located in Red Deer, Alberta.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by 31 March 2020.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at RCMP Detachment, 4300-55th St., Red Deer, AB on 04 April 2019 at 10:00 hrs MST.

Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
