REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER - CARPENTRY SERVICES

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s (AAFC) Research & Development Centre at 100038 Township Road 720 in BEAVERLODGE AB requires Carpentry services on an 'as and when required' basis.

Services to be provided during the following :

Regular Working hours - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday

Outside Regular Working hours - 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday to Friday including weekends and Stat holidays

This is a non-smoking, scent free Facility

SERVICE REQUIRED:

The Offeror is required to provide carpentry services to include, but not limited to, the following:

1. Cabinetry
2. Construct and repair building frameworks and structures
3. Fabrication of wooden structures
4. Frame / drywall / mud / paint walls
5. Install building cladding (siding, window flashings etc.)
6. Install / modify lab and office space
7. Install / repair:
   1. concrete
   2. doors and door hardware
   3. windows
   4. floor and ceiling tile
   5. shelving units
   6. various roof materials
