Nature of Requirements: To implement building upgrades (exterior and interior) to the Embassy of Canada, located in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

Organizations capable and interested in this solicitation must meet the mandatory requirements described in section 7. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PREQUALIFICATION. In addition, it is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder attend one (1) of the two (2) mandatory site visits occurring at the Embassy of Canada to Burkina Faso in Ouagadougou, on July 05 and July 06, 2019. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and will be ineligible to submit a response to the Request for Proposals (RFP)

no later than 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 25 June 2019. Responses must clearly demonstrate how the respondent meets the mandatory requirements. Responses received will be evaluated, and the results provided, within one (1) business day of being received.
