The Canada Revenue Agency requires up to two (2) Senior System Administrators to assist in the design and implementation of an enterprise ITSM tool suite, its migration through the lower states and deployment into the new Production environment.
The Contractor will:
• Upgrade CRAs enterprise ITSM tool (SMART) to the more current and stable version of BMC Remedy (9.1.04) on the new SSC Next Generation platform (the current platform is end-of-life);
• Sunset the IT support tool, Service Desk, and any other peripheral ITSM applications made redundant by the upgrade.

  • Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
  • The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
