Description of the Procurement: Plumbing and Sanitary Maintenance Services for Washroom Facilities on the Rideau Canal Skateway

Duration of the Contract: The resulting contract will be for a period of approximately three (3) years, starting from the date of award and ending on May 31, 2022. The NCC may, by mutual agreement, extend the term by two (2) one year options to renewal, at the same rates, terms and conditions.

Requirements: The National Capital Commission is proceeding with an invitation to tender for the provision of services and materials required for the operation and maintenance of temporary washroom facilities on the Rideau Canal Skateway.

Plumbing services are required for the Systems and Components contained in four (4) temporary washroom facilities located in rest areas along the RCS
