Description of Work:

The work involves the maintenance of lawns and landscaped grounds of Cartier-Brébeuf National Historic Site. More specifically, they include spring clean-up, lawn mowing and trimming (approx. 55,000 square metres), maintenance of foot paths and landscaped areas, lawn edge trimming, lawn aeration and removal of dead leaves.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on September 19, 2019 at Cartier-Brébeuf National Historic Site located at 175, rue de l’Espinay in Québec QC. The site visit will begin at 10:30 a.m. EDT.

Bidders who consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

Delivery Date: The contract period is from April 1, 2020 to November 30, 2022 inclusive, with the possibility of exercising two one-year option periods under the same conditions.
