Oleoresin Capsicum Spray Room Renovation, Regina, SK

Description: Work of this Contract comprises of interior renovations of the Multipurpose Training Facility - Oleoresin Capsicum Spray Room, located at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Training Academy-Depot Division in Regina, Saskatchewan. This requirement is to include:

- Remove and replace existing concrete floor and re-slope to new drains,

- Install new walls, ceilings, doors and flooring to create a new training room,

- Install new ventilation system in training room and modify existing ventilation system to suite new training room,

- Extend existing sprinkler system into new training room,

- Relocate steam force flow heater and remove existing unit heater and

- Install new sanitary lines and drainage system.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 31 January 2020.

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.
