Content and delivery support for digital skills development in the Government of Canada

The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of Contractor(s) to provide a variety of products and services, on an as and when required basis, in support of the Digital Academy learning line. The focus is on content creation as well as training delivery through teaching, mentoring and/or experiential, project-based learning, which could include a mixture of in-person and/or online teaching, learning material development, presentations, digital learning tools, evaluation and case studies.

These products and services are required in the following six (6) streams:

Stream 1: Data, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (Data/AI/ML)

Stream 2: Design

Stream 3: Agile and Product Ownership

Stream 4: Development

Stream 5: Development Operations (DevOps)

Stream 6: Leadership in Digital

Each Stream will be evaluated separately. Bidders must clearly identify the Stream in which they are offering their services. Bidders can choose to submit a proposal for one (1) Stream or for multiple Streams. However, if the Bidder is offering their services for more than one (1) Stream, the Bidder must submit a separate proposal for each Stream.

This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of up to fifteen (15) contracts. The services will be required for a period of one (1) year, from date of contract award, with the irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract by one (1) additional one-year period under the same terms and conditions.
