Description of the Requirement:

Parks Canada Agency is exploring the feasibility and steps required to move to an accrual based budgeting and funding model to manage its capital asset base. For this to be successful, a senior Financial Specialist is required to help assess the implications of this transition and identify key steps required for implementing this change.
