Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) seeks to establish a contract under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement, under the following Work Stream:

Stream 2: Business Consulting / Change Management, 2.5 Senior Business Process Consultant

Canada is seeking the services of one (1) Senior Business Process consultant to provide Strategic and operational advice and guidance to help the IRCC Project Branch executives to establish a new project delivery model, and subsequently to model and support the utilization of this model in the planning and execution of the new projects within Project Branch. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract from Contract award date to December 21st, 2020, plus one (1) six (6) months irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
