This contract was awarded to:
Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, is implementing Building Upgrades at the High Commission of Canada in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
This project may be of interest to medium-sized construction firms experienced in implementing building upgrades (interior and exterior) and other special enhancements to unique architectural projects such as embassies and other finely detailed buildings and interiors located in South Asia or areas with similar environmental and socio-economic conditions. In addition to previous experience in working on such new buildings and interiors, this project will require expertise and expertise and experience in integrating renovation work with new construction expertise and experience in integrating renovation work with new construction.
Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site at the High Commission of Canada in Dhaka, Bangladesh (United Nations Road, Baridhara, Dhaka, Bangladesh) at the following date and times:
Sunday, January 19th, 2020
Starting at 09:00 am and lasting until 12:00 pm.
Note that the gate will be closed at 10:00 am and no one will be admitted after that time.

Note: Bidders are free to choose which day they attend and are welcome to attend both days.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Saturday, January 18th, 2020 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet.
Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
NOTE: No travel or any other cost associated with participating in the optional site visit will be reimbursed.
