Amendment 3 is raised to extend the closing date to 2020-02-07 at 14:00. Along with changes to the Evaluation Criteria.

Amendment 2 is raised to extend the closing date to 2020-01-31 at 14:00.

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):

One (1) Level 3 WEB Architect

Two (2) Level 3 Programmer/Software Developer

The CRA requires two (2) Programmer/Software Developers (Level 3) and one (1) WEB Architect (Level 3) to implement a new Web platform that will support a more user-centric web presence and search experience for Canadians, by specifically:
1) Implementing customized content solutions such as, but not limited to, decision trees that allows users to make a series of decisions that leads them to the specific content they are looking for.
2) Implementing a new search solution that is easier to fine-tune and make web content easier to find.
3) Applying data visualization techniques to communicate data more clearly and efficiently using statistical graphics, plots, information graphics and other tools.
The current platform does not support the CRA’s current web publishing and search requirements entirely, and often internal workarounds and manual interventions are required, which diverts CRA’s resources from other important work in support of program areas.
