General Health and Safety Training

Learning Services (LS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZH-1800LS, who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories:

Stream 2—Instructional design and development services - Senior Learning Designer(s); and

Stream 5—Training delivery - Senior Instructors – Health & Safety.

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a Learning Services (LS) requirement for one (1) Senior Learning Designer and up to three (3) Senior Instructors – Health & Safety, for the Directorate of General Safety (D Safe G) organization on an “as-and-when requested” basis. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for approximately three (3) years, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.

Security Requirement with COMMON-PS-SRCL#2

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed Period of Contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from 01 April 2020 to 31 March 2023 (estimated).
