TBIPS - (4) Project Executives, level 3

The objective of this requirement is to obtain the professional services of four (4) Project Executives, Level 3 on an “as and when requested” basis as detailed below;

P.5 Project Executive Biometrics Enhancements, one (1) resource:

The purpose of the Biometrics Expansion Project is to expand the current biometric screening and verification processes for immigration lines of business, as well as begin or increased biometric based information sharing with the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

P.5 Project Executive Passport Digital Services, one (1) resource:

Passport Digital Services is the first of a series of projects to implement the Passport Digital Services Strategy. This first project is to create a new fully online channel for passport applications – the Passport Digital Intake Channel.

P.5 Project Executive Passport Next-Gen Project, two (2) resources:

To develop a more secure travel document design and integrate the ePassport Next Generation Solution followed by a phased deployment of the solution on both the domestic and abroad networks.
