Description of the Requirement:

Health Canada requires Human Resources (HR) Consultants at the Senior and Intermediate level to support the delivery of various HR related activities to be identified throughout the length of the contract. One (1) Senior Human Resources Consultants and two (2) Intermediate Human Resources Consultants are required. The responsible branch requires a minimum of 3 staffing processes to be completed to support the Branch in the initial contract period. The organization is seeking the professional services of Human Resources Consultants on call to manage and execute required HR activities on an ‘as and when needed’ basis.

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to March 31, 2021, plus four (4) one-year option periods.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 200 (days) – Initial Period; and 200 (days) per option period.
