Description:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a vendor to perform all-inclusive HVAC and Environmental Mechanical Systems preventative maintenance at the RCMP Building in Saskatoon, SK.

The contract period will be for 24 months with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional 12 month periods.

Security Requirements: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort as verified by the Personal Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
