This contract was awarded to:

Manulift E.M.I. Ltée

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure quantity one (1) x Self Propelled Articulating Boom for delivery to Canadian Forces Bases in Canada. The requested delivery date is within 120 days following contract award. An option for quantity 1 x additional Self Propelled Articulating Boom of the same type is included for delivery within Canada to Canadian Forces Base.

Delivery locations, quantities required, mandatory requirements and deliverable information are detailed under Annex A, Requirement and Annex B, Basis of Payment, of this solicitation package. Bidders may propose substitutes and alternatives where equivalent is indicated in Annex A, Requirement.

There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Debriefings

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
