Title: Qualiware Enterprise Architecture capacity for ESDC projects.

Qualiware Enterprise Architecture Solution has been in place at ESDC since 2014. ESDC requires on-going professional services on an “as and when requested” basis for various Enterprise Architecture related projects that are already in place and/or new ones that will be implemented.

These services are intended to help create a strong Enterprise Architecture Governance within ESDC that will:

• assist the department in meeting its program delivery mandate

• align the IT and Business to meet organizational objectives

• achieve unified enterprise architecture with improved understanding and sharing of architectural information

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

• The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #19 applies

Minimum Corporate Security Required: Facility Security Clearance at the level of Secret

Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability Status, Confidential or Secret as required
