    Description of Work:

    In support of the Canadian Coast Guard’s Career Competency Tool (CCT) initiative, the project requires specialized resources to support this CCT requirement (application tool) on a “Full time” (initially) and then on an “as and when required” basis. The Contractor must provide, on and as requested by Canada, four (4) resources under the following Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) categories and levels listed below:

    Stream 1: Applications Services:

    • A.12 Web Architect (Level 2: 5 < 10 years of experience)
    • A.13 Web Designer (Level 1: < 5 years of experience)
    • A.14 Web Developer (Level 1: < 5 years of experience)
    • A.17 Webmaster (Level 2: 5 < 10 years of experience) Must be bilingual

      This contract is not for a solution or creation base project but to develop the web-based application tool which is to be mobile-enabled as well as desktop/web interface. The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) have already created the framework and content. This Career Competency Tool framework documentation will be provided upon contract award.

    The work is NOT currently being performed by any contractor.
