Requirement Details

This procurement is set aside for Aboriginal Business under the federal government’s Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business. In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB) and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB.

Description of Work:

Natural Resources Canada - Chief Information Officer and Security Branch (CIOSB) requires a Technology Architect and a Business Consultant to assist in the transformation of its Enterprise Architecture practice.

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.

• The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #34 applies

Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)

Minimum Resource Security Required: Secret Level

This requirement is open only to those Aboriginal Business Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement (EN578-170432) holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

One (1) Level 3 Technology Architect (I.11)

One (1) Level 3 Business Consultant (B.3)
