INSPECTIONS AND TESTING OF THE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires services for the inspections and testing of its sprinkler systems. AAFC has sprinkler systems installed in several buildings, all located on the Central Experimental Farm (CEF) site, in Ottawa.

The closing date of this solicitation is Thursday, August 27^th, 2020 at 02:00 pm.

There will be a non-mandatory site showing, by appointment only, for this requirement on, Thursday August 13th, 2020 at the CEF Ottawa, 960 Carling Avenue, Ottawa.

 Interested parties are required to register with the Contracting Authority in advance by email at daniel.lafreniere@canada.ca

• The Contracting Authority will assign each bidder a specific time slot.

• The Departmental Representative will show the site to 1 contractor rep at a time

 • No questions will be answered during the site showing; all bidders’ questions

must be submitted to the Contracting Authority by email and will be answered

by solicitation amendment/addendum following the site visit.

• Additional restrictions will include: The Bidder’s representative must not have

travelled internationally in the past 14 days, must not have symptoms of

COVID-19, must wear a facial covering, and must respect physical distancing

mesures while on site.
