B.13. Operations Support Specialist – Intermediate level: 1 resource

Stream 5: Project Management Services
P.9. Project Manager – Intermediate level: 1 resource

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT
This solicitation is seeking development and support services on an as-and-when required basis to support I&O operational activities and projects, as well as related initiatives. The primary service role will be supporting the desktop environment and directory services.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT
It is intended to result in the award of up to one (1) contract for three (3) years, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options.

• I.9 System Administrator, Junior level: 200 days
• I.10 Technical Architect, Senior level (1): 200 days
• I.10 Technical Architect, Senior level (2): 200 days
• B.13 Operations Support Specialist, Intermediate level: 150 days
• P.9 Project Manager, Intermediate level: 100 days
