Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to maintain the MSA FireHawk M7 Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) functional as per the manufacturer’s requirements.
Objectives: The contractor must provide annual flow testing to all site SCBA pack.
Deliverables: The contractor will provide flow testing services yearly of all site SCBA.

The contractor will provide a Flow Test Result/Inspection Record Sheet for each SCBA and Respirator tested.
The format of Flow Test Result/Inspection Record Sheet to be consistent with manufacturer’s format.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of October 1st, 2020 to September 30th, 2021 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods.
